* The Martin Yale CDS200 is capable of producing up to 4200 CD jewel case inserts per hour. This makes it ideal for use in high volume CD duplication. * The CDS-200 uses a two step process for producing CD jewel case inserts. In essence, you may have to spend around five hundred dollars or more to get a good one that will last. Plus, you will get more features and a better warranty.

I love cooking in cast iron. Some of it is the delight of using pans handed down from my grandmother. You just don't get that from Teflon pans.

But cast iron is also wonderfully nonstick when you care for it properly. It's a touch of extra work, but not so bad as some would lead you to think. A light coating of oil added to a heated pan takes care of things quite nicely.

Depending on your needs, you may find that the newer enameled cast iron pots and pans are more suited to how you use them. The enamel may come in a variety of attractive colors, and it means you won't have to season your pans or worry about rust. The enamel simplifies cleaning too.

Enamel has another advantage if you tend to cook acidic foods, such as many kinds of tomatoes. Plain cast iron reacts to acid, and you often will have to re-season after cooking acidic foods in plain cast iron. But the enamel protects the cast iron, so you can clean up as usual.

The colors are nice if you are likely to bring your pots or pans to the table for serving, or if they are ever stored where they can be seen. It's certainly a more attractive look. But enameled cast iron pans aren't for all uses.

If you're planning on cooking over a campfire, for example, stick with traditional plain cast iron. The enamel is not made to hold up against the heat of a campfire.

You also want to watch out for quality. Cast iron in general is quite affordable, but that doesn't mean that no one makes poor quality cast iron. It's supposed to be heavy. Even in the traditional, unenameled varieties, the better brands of cast iron are typically pre-seasoned, which saves you that initial effort.

You don't have to buy new, of course. You can find good quality cast iron pots and pans in antique stores and online auctions. The best of these will have been seasoned in part due to long use. That's one of the things I love about my grandmothers old pans, in fact. They've been used so long that they are in simply beautiful condition.

A Lesson in How Not to Buy Online Furniture

I have had a lot of experience with buying online, and all seemed to go smoothly in the past, and I considered myself a happy online shopper, until I decided to buy furniture: or rather a sofa!

I have done this three times now, and all with horrific results.

Buying Furniture Online

I have purchased many weird and wonderful things online, from ebooks to yogurt, and most of it has always gone smoothly. Well, mostly...There have been times when a manufacturer has believed that a t-shirt in UK size "extra large", wouldn't have fitted a baby, nevermind an 18 stone man! But I digress, as I said, its usually been pain free until that is, I came to buying furniture.

Online Store Only Sells Barbie Furniture.

My first and worst experience was with a UK based firm, who had recently decided to compete with Ikea and had vastly expanded its range to keep up. They had sourced all their products quickly, and I am guessing very cheaply, and held a huge TV and magazine based assault on the public at large. They have a huge market share, and some of their more standard products, such as electronics, are very good. Plus these items don't necessarily need a touch and a feel to make a purchasing decision, so things are a little easier.

Hammers At the Ready

I had wanted to buy some furniture, mainly a decent sized sofa, so I looked around both on and offline at various options, and all seemed to offer "build to order" and no one held any stock. Prior to this I had ordered and paid for a sofa (big and lovely corner five seater), but as we lived in a baseement flat, the segmented sofa option the salesman had assured us would fit round all corners and stairs, actually would have involved a saw and a big hammer to put it into practice. So we sent it back and got a full refund, after much arguing.
Back To Square One.

Tip 1: make sure you see the physical version of the sofa or any furniture, do not rely on pictures, and do not rely on the salesman; if he says its comes in pieces, ask him to show you.

We Deliver...On Time (ish)

Our next venture (by now my girlfriend had wanted to get involved as she didn't want to miss out on any of the fun), was to order online without first seeing the actual product, and only looking hastily at the measurements etc. Well, we went for this option as they had them in stock, and it would only take 2 days for delivery.

After wasting a whole day sitting on the floor where my old sofa had been, the delivery guys finally turned up. I greeted them with a handshake and a numb bum and they proceeded to bring my prized new sofa down my winding stairs.

I began to unwrap the prized sofa once the delivery guys had gone and it was with some glee and awe that I removed the huge amount of packaging, a lot of packaging in fact; rather like peeling an onion, I was left with a sofa that a dwarf would find uncomfortable. Later when my girlfriend arrived home I pretended that everything was fine as we sat almost on top of each other to watch the latest episode of 24. We were stuck in the "bucket design" sofa, legs pressed against each others, and close enough to pass fleas without too much jumping on behalf of the flea. I had made a huge mistake, and it took an hour before I would admit it.

Last summer I went on vacation to a lake with family. This trip taught me one of the most important lessons of my life. Like all lessons, this started with a mistake. The result of this mistake could lead to me saving thousands of dollars for the rest of my life.

But I'm not holding my breath for that just like I'm not holding my breath to go digging for it. Surprisingly, you can't see very much under water in a lake, well not as much as in a nice blue ocean.

After this loss, I just couldn't bring myself to spending money for another pair. It hurt enough the first time. So I squinted and wore caps for the past few months. Then enough was enough, I needed a new pair. I let enough time pass by that by then, even if I hadn't lost them in the lake, I most likely would have broken them by now. So I went shopping the same way everybody has been going shopping for the last 100 years. In a mall. I found a great pair, but they cost about $400. It still bothered me to pay so much for a stupid mistake of my own, so I decided to start hunting online for it. To my surprise, not one store online charged as much as the retail store did.

Rob Benwell begins Blogging to the Bank 2.0. by looking back at the 16 months since the release of the original Blogging to the Bank. Rob discusses the impact this release had on blogs (particularly Blogger blogs) and how this led to the creation of his five blogging commandments. The five blogging commandments are what Rob believes are essential for your blogs success and provide an overview of the whole ebook. Obviously, I cannot spoil Rob's ebook by revealing them here but they do contain some good information to keep your visitors coming back and reading your blog. After this introduction Rob gets into the main body of his ebook.

Rob begins by discussing Market Research & Keyphrase Lists. This is a very important stage as it ultimately determines what you will be blogging about. Rob emphasises the importance of taking your time and discusses how you can find affiliate products using ClickBank. He also describes how to to do some basic keyword research using a couple of free tools. Overall, I found this chapter to be a great introduction to affiliate marketing and in particular keyword research. Before reading the chapter I knew almost nothing about keyword research and whilst I'm still no expert I now know the basics of optimising my blog and its pages.

Rob then moves on to discuss creating your blog. First, he outlines how to actually install your blog. Then he moves on to discuss the four options available to you when getting content for your blog. After this he outlines how to optimise, monetise and ping your blog. Overall, this section of Blogging to the Bank 2.0 contains a lot of good information. I was particularly impressed by Rob's use of screenshots and instructions to explain his ideas. I'm a big fan of screenshots and feel they really help beginners. The section on monetisation was also a real help for me too. My main criticism of this section was that Rob does not explain how to automate the pinging of your blog. This is a relatively simple process but for some reason Rob ignores it.

If you have followed Rob's instructions up to this point you should have your blog ready to go. Logically, Rob goes on to outline how you can promote your blog and get some traffic. The topics he covers in this section include basic promotion techniques (including article syndication, forum marketing and link exchanges) and Web 2.0. techniques. Web 2.0. is a phrase that describes the trend in web development towards creativity, collaboration and sharing between users (good examples of successful Web 2.0. websites are Facebook and YouTube). Whilst the basic promotion techniques are good, I was very impressed with the Web 2.0. section. Before reading this chapter I had stuck primarily to article marketing but now I have my first Squidoo lens out there and I am getting a lot of extra traffic from social bookmarking sites. My main criticism about this chapter is the section on DIGG (a social bookmarking site). Whilst Rob did open my eyes to a very good resource he did not make it clear that DIGG will ban you if you just submit your own blog posts, which is what happened to me.

Rob finishes his ebook by discussing some advanced techniques including outsourcing the creation of your blogs, creating your own product in the market you are blogging for and even selling your blog. I have not tried any of the techniques in this section yet but I am planning on creating some of my own products to sell to my blog readers.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Blogging to the Bank 2.0. if you are looking to start your first blog, or even get more serious with your current blogging. After reading Rob's ebook I decided to make my first serious blog (i.e. a blog in a niche topic that I would be updating regularly) and whilst I am not making nearly enough to retire on, I am generating an increased amount of traffic and revenue each month as a direct result of Rob's techniques. My main criticisms of Blogging to the Bank 2.0. are that Rob seems to miss certain things out. A section on how to ping your blog automatically would have been really useful to some readers and there are a number of helpful WordPress plugins I have come across that Rob does not feature in his ebook. However, these are only small criticisms. By following the instructions inside Blogging to the Bank 2.0. I believe a relative beginner could quite easily get a monetised blog online in a short period of time.

Product review sites, are now every where you look.

Is this a good thing? Yes, I personally believe that review sites, ( the ones that I have used anyway), have helped me, and many other consumers, find, and purchase the products that we as members of the great British Public are searching for every day!

I have seen a lot of web sites, now days that seem to "be-little", or slightly ridicule these up and coming product review sites, WHY!.

What is a product review site?

Product review sites, display a selection, of merchandise, from small items, such as watches, to every day products, like kettles. You can then choose, and purchase the product, on-line. From my experience, looking for a particular product, can be a daunting task especially on the web. We are bombarded with prices, and different makes/models , colours you name it,and you are then confused, and of put!

Now some genius, has decided to do all the searching for us, at no cost to the consumer "us" . What can possibly be so bad about that?

I have recently read an article, where an individual quoted, " that these sites will trick you into purchasing a particular product" , rubbish, we as members of the public, are already on the web, searching for this product in the first place! (why else would you be on a review site otherwise).

Anyway, the sites then give you a list of the products you have asked to review, and if that wasn't outstanding enough, you are also given,the price,picture of the product, and even a short description of it.

You are even given a direct link to the web site that you can then purchase the product from. Genius.

This article I am writing,I guess is just to maybe set the record straight (as I see it anyway), or maybe to thank these sites. not really sure, just felt compelled to I suppose!

By the way a great site I have used recently was for "the every day products", the site features only a small selection of products, which I thought was great, as you can see what you want straight away, without having to many options, which can be of putting.

The Human Touch massage 100 chair does come with a foot massage but you have to manually move it to massage either the calves or the feet. It's only the 1000 that offers a complete foot rest with both a calf and foot massager. The calf rest is fitted with 14 air bags that provide four air-massage combinations - with 2 intensity levels. The foot rest is fitted with 12 airbags, and provides 4 modes of massage.

All 3 models offer various massage functions. The Fujikura 1000 comes with 6 functions: rolling (back stretch), kneading, flapping, kneading & flapping, shiatsu, knocking and vibrating. You have the choice of automatic or manual massage operations and that can target certain areas of the body. There are 3 speed settings. The HT100 comes with rolling, kneading, compression and percussion (with just one speed setting). What's better about the HT100 over the 1000 is the Range Control option. You can either have spot or partial. The spot option allows more specific areas of the body to be massaged and the partial massage strokes 3" up and down for kneading or compression. The iJoy offers the same functions of the HT except there's no spot option.

Which offers the best massage is a subjective matter. The 1000 chair offers a firmer massage perhaps, but the HT100 does seem to offer a slightly more varied massage routine.

Overall, the Fujikura 1000 massage chair really does offer the best in terms or function at this price range. I find it hard to find any faults with it, you could want more features but then you'd have to pay a lot more. However, there is one complaint I have and that has to do with the power recline. It isn't a one push system; you have to continually press the button as the chair reclines. This does mean that those with a short reach will have difficulty in keeping it pressed until the maximum recline position has been reached. I think some will have to remain seated and wait for the seat to full recline before then lying back on the chair.

I bought my Sedu flat iron about 6 months ago and am really pleased with how my hair looks. After my old faithful Corioliss flat iron broke - after 3 years - I wanted to find a replacement that would give me straight, shiny hair every time but was anxious as I'd read lots of horror stories about ones that broke hair ends or even burned hair. I was going to buy a Corioliss again but at the last minute bought a Sedu instead and, like I said, I'm really glad I did.

I didn't buy the Corioliss because of two things; it is expensive and my friend, Debbie, already had a Sedu flat iron and I really liked the way her hair looked. We have very similar hair types; both are thick and a little dry, mine being a little bit longer. After I tried using her hair straightener myself I had no doubt that the Sedu was perfect for my hair.

I ordered the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline flat iron online. There are two models available; 1" and 1 1/2", I chose the one with larger plates. It cost me $100.

I tried it out as soon as I took it out of the box. I washed my hair - I use Redken Smooth Down shampoo and conditioner. I also use Redken AntiSnap Leavin to stop split ends - it's an excellent product - and Frederic Fekkai Straight Away Straightening Balm.

The Sedu flat iron heats up in just 25 seconds and it has variable temperature control anywhere between 240F and 410F (120C - 200C). Because of my hair type I set it on the maximum, but you really should test it out first on a lower setting, gradually turning it up until you find the temperature that works best for you.

My hair just glided between the plates, no pulling or snagging. The plates are really smooth and I didn't have to clamp them down hard to get my hair straight. The company says that most hair can be straightened in just one pass but I found that I had to pass it through 2 times, which is what I had to do with my old Corioliss flat iron anyway.

Another thing I like about it is the swivel cord. I know just about ever new model now has one but my old one didn't and I used to find the cord twisting and getting knots, but with this tool the cord stays perfectly straight making it really easy to use the straightener.

It's also very light. It weighs only 1lb so I don't feel my arms or wrists getting tired - it usually takes me around 35 minutes to do my hair.

I really am pleased with how my hair looks using my new Sedu flat iron. I guess I should really thank Debbie for showing me hers and letting me test it out. It just makes it so much easier to know if something will work best for you if you can test it first.

Safety With Jumpking Trampolines

What many people do not realize is that one of the main areas of safety is the actual bounce mat. Overtime it can wear out, loose its grip and can result in whoever is using it to slip over. At the end of the day, even though the bounce mat is made of strong stitched fabric, it is still just material which is not immune to wear and tear. Stitches can fray, break or just weaken leaving the bed to be less bouncy, but also a safety risk. This does happen over a long period of time but many trampoline stores enable you to purchase a replacement.

There are many different makes of trampoline, which also come in several different variations such as round, rectangular and oval with individual makes such as Jumpking and SuperTramp. Despite being founded and administered in Singapore, when you buy an OSIM massage chair you're actually buying a Japanese designed and built product. That's because all OSIM chairs are made by the Family Inada company in Japan - the makers of the some of the world's most technically advanced and best massage chairs. So, bearing in mind who actually built it, how does the OSIM iSymphonic rate?

Ron Sim founded OSIM in Singapore over 20 years ago. At first the company sold electrical products but during the recession of the mid-eighties, Sim realized that in order to survive and flourish, the company had to have its own branded products. Sim saw that there was a growing, international demand for home wellness products and therefore decided to market and sell robotic massage chairs under his company's name.

OSIM had no history in manufacturing chairs so the design and production was outsourced to Inada, in Japan. This was an astute move. Inada were already the market leaders in the selling of high-quality chairs in the Japanese (and international) market. Using Inada to manufacture the chairs, OSIM was assured of a brand that would be respected and would place its chairs in the top-end, high-value part of the market.

So, when you buy an OSIM massage chair you're getting the same technology and components of an Inada chair. They share many of the same features such as infrared sensors to accurately measure you before a massage in order to find the correct shiatsu pressure points, powerful motors, the same massage modes and build quality.

Both companies have released a chair with an integrated music therapy system. There's the Inada W.1 massage chair and the OSIM iSymphonic - the OSIM chair was released before the Inada.

The chair doesn't have arm massage, which is a real shame.

If you're wondering how the OSIM compares to the Inada, I would have to say that in terms of functions and features there is no difference - not surprising as Inada makes both. What will sway you in either direction is styling. Personally, I do prefer the look of the OSIM. Another consideration is the earphones. With the OSIM you get a pair of headphones which you wear; with the Inada the headphones are built-in to the head rest. Again, which is preferable is a subjective matter. Some don't like to wear headphones during a massage as they can feel somewhat restricted. I prefer headphones as the only sounds I want to hear during a massage is the music I'm listening to; wearing headphones does this better that built-in ones.

The cushions are also deep and comfortable. The armrests can be independently lifted up to allow easy access and the armrests, seat and footrest can be folded up to free up room when not in use. A retractable inertia lap belt is fitted as standard. This seat is very good and is one of the best on the market. If there is one complaint it's about folding up the armrests, seat and footrest; these have to be done separately requiring, not only 3 operations, but reaching down and folding the footrest can be difficult for someone with mobility problems. The seat offered as standard with the Stannah stair lift (both the Solus and Sofia models) allows the user to fold up all three parts by just moving the armrests; a thoughtful feature that should be implemented by all stair lift manufacturers, including Bruno.

The Electra-Ride Elite can operate at a maximum inclination of 45 degrees, which is the industry norm; Again Stannah out does the Bruno as it can handle an inclination of up to 52 degrees. However, the Electra-Ride wins hands down when it comes to carrying weight: it can handle up to 400 lbs; just about everyone else can handle at most 300 lbs.

The Rail

The rail of the Bruno Electra-Ride Elite fits to a nice snug 5" from the skirting on the stair case. This is far less than most other brands that typically require about 8-9". But the Stannah beats the Bruno again, requiring only 95mm (3.7") clearance.

The rail is made from steel and extruded aluminum and uses a rack and pinion drive system. Rack and pinion is now the industry norm; before cables where used to pull the chair but these gave a less comfortable ride and had the problem of a trailing cable - incidentally, Summit stair lifts still use this system.

Not only does the Bruno give the user a smooth ride, it is also quiet and is as quiet as any other models on the market.

The company offers 3 standard lengths of the rail; 16', 20' and 24'. The industry norm is a maximum of 20', so they are ideal for staircases that are that little bit longer. Buying a long straight rail that is standard will be cheaper than having to have a longer specially made.

The Carriage

This is the part of the stair lift that attaches the seat to the rail. What's a really nice feature of the Bruno stair lift is that you can adjust the speed of the carriage. This comes as standard and I don't know of any other manufacturer that gives you this option.

The carriage also comes with all the safety features you need. There are footrest safety switches as well as final end stop bumper at each end of the rail. As an optional extra you can have an overspeed safety brake to prevent the chair from uncontrolled descents. It's a shame that the brake governor is not fitted as standard as it is with the Stannah.

The Controls

It comes with rocker controls fitted in the armrest, which must be kept, pressed down to operate. There are also two wireless call/send controls. These controls are pretty much the industry norm.

Installation

Installation of the Electra-Ride Elite is very straight forward as it is a DC battery powered appliance. No special wiring is required. Note: many companies promote self-installation of straight models; Bruno doesn't. You should always have one installed by a qualified technician.

In conclusion, the Bruno stair lift compares favorably with other top rated appliances. In fact, the Stannah stair lift is the only one that can really offer a better appliance, but a Stannah is more expensive than a Bruno. Many consumer reviews are favorable, which is what you'd expect from this quality manufacturer.

Being of a younger generation, I have many fond memories of the video game system "Nintendo". Before I get on to the price, I just want to tell you a little bit about the camera, and how much I love it. I bought this camera for a trip to Europe, as an upgrade. My aging Powershot S400 was great in its day, but it was 4 mega pixels, and the focusing motors were starting to get old and a little sloppy. For the trip of a lifetime, I wanted a better camera. I was totally comfortable with the performance and durability of the Canon Powershot line, so I planned to simply get an upgraded version, one of the little wafer-thin silver ones, that you don't even feel in your shirt pocket. But I wanted more control over the shooting modes, and I seriously lusted after the G7's huge lens, as well as the combination of 10MP resolution with image stabilization that makes pictures rock solid with amazing detail and clarity.

This camera is a beast, even compared to my old S400. It won't be going in your shirt pocket. In fact it comes with a nice shoulder strap instead of a wrist-loop, and I tended to wear it on the strap, like the old SLR days. But the increase in control, image quality, and lens clarity make this a dramatic upgrade from my previous cameras, and it's still really only about half the size of an SLR. It's exactly what I wanted. And it looks great, too.

With regards to my review, It's not perfect (what is?), but this is possibly the best compact camera out there for photographers who are looking for a compact to complement their DSLR. For a compact camera, this gets closer to 5 stars than ANY other compact camera I've had, and that's saying a lot, nice work canon!

Everyone knows the storyline of Half-Life 2 by now, so here is Half-Life 2 in a nutshell. The game is a direct sequel to the original Half-Life and the events transpire after the events of the original Half-Life. Humans are being held as prisoners at a location known as City 17. The plot revolves around the protagonist scientist Gordon Freeman, and he is attempting to eradicate the alien crisis. I was impressed with the storyline in Half-Life 2 because it had its fair share of poignant moments.

The gameplay in Half-Life 2 is exactly what you would expect it to be. Gamers will have a usual assortment of weapons at their disposal. Some of them are machine guns, handguns, grenades, rocket launchers, and so forth. Then, there is everyone's favorite gravity gun. This intricate weapon can be used to launch projectiles into the air. Anything and everything can be used in conjunction with the gravity gun. For instance, a piece of wood can be lifted up and tossed at foes by utilizing the gravity gun. Realistic physics is what gives Half-Life 2 a more distinctive quality than some other first person shooters. In addition, there are some driving sequences in the game with Gordon's ally Alyx Vance. Furthermore, players will be going through the game battling against various opponents. These enemies entail zombies, aliens, and other fiendish creatures.

The graphics in the game seem a little on the low end of the spectrum, and they are not necessarily next generation visuals. On the bright side, the animations and voice acting is superb. Luckily, the game does have some facetious moments scattered throughout as you travel from portal to portal. Unfortunately, Portal is short. It is really short. I am talking about shorter than Kevin Federline and Paris Hilton's music career short. Alright, maybe not that short. Nonetheless, the game is only one to two hours in length. The last and final piece to The Orange Box is Team Fortress 2. Team Fortress 2 is a multiplayer game with numerous character styles.

There are a total of nine classes altogether, and they all have pros and cons. For instance, an engineer is proficient in setting up a defense with traps. Conversely, a demolition man will be brilliant at making the rivals explode. All of the characters are well balanced, so there is no one character that can overpower the other. The Orange Box is five games for the price of one. Overall, The Orange Box is more than an adequate compilation of video games that is more than just Half-Life 2.
